Never Again!! A HUGE pain doing the Partial Mash. At Ian’s, put grains in several bags in bottom of Tun…after through, a lot of dry grain still in one bag. Sparged a lot to get max sugar out of grains. Brought back to my home to finish sparging and do the boil. Mistakenly put full pound of Lactose in boil, vice .375 pound. I reduced Brewhouse efficiency to 43% to show my actual OG or 1.052. Probably realistic due to noted mashing issues.
