Notes
After 2-3 days of fermentation, when past High Krausen, add the 1st set of 3 varieties of Dry Hops and leave in the fermenter for 8 Days.
After the 1st set of Dry Hops have been in the fermenter for 4 days, add the 2nd set of 3 varieties of Dry Hops and leave for 4 days.
Remove both sets of dry hops at the same time (upon completion of the 8th day for dry hops #1).
