Notes

Building a whiskey stout recipe with my available grain and hops

final product turned out amazing, good flavour but still a semi- dry finish and nice wood/whiskey flavour

toasted malt is home oven toasted pilsner malt, i roasted it at 170 celsious for half an hour, shaken and moved around after 15 minutes to ensure even toasting.
