Notes
Primary Fermentation 7-10 Days at 63 deg. Raise to 68 degrees last two days.
Secondary Fermentation 7-10 Days at 63 deg.
Hop Stand - Add 1.5 oz hops at flameout. Whirlpool for 10-15 minutes or until wort reaches around 180 degrees. Add remaining 1.5 oz hops and whirlpool for another 10 minutes. Begin chilling after hop stand complete.
Add 2 ounces of orange peel (soaked 24 hrs in vodka or in the oven at 200 deg. for 20 minutes) per 5 gallons. Add with dry hops for 7 days.
Dry Hop in Secondary 7 Days - 3 OZ per conical
