Notes

Only have Motueka hops instead of original recipe of Saaz so halved and added Hallertau for aroma and flavour as I was not so fond of Motueka replacement to Saaz last brew of this. Premash 40 litre. Post mash after BIAB removed 32 as expected. Refractometer after mash 1.035
