Notes
  • Dry fry the coriander seeds in a hotpan for several minutes before adding. Crush and add to the boil at flameout. Here I use approx 0.6 g Coriander seed / L. Might be conservative, but better to avoid overshooting.

  • For the fresh orange zest I use 0.75 g / L.
