Notes
Not my best. Too much bitterness from the dark malts. Had too much of a bite for what was supposed to be a smooth oatmeal stout. Tried to soften it with some maple, but minor success. Drinkable, but grade of C-
If working from the grain bill, soften dark malt type / quantity.
