Notes
Quick oats toasted at 300F for 45 min.
Second brew with "Steam Slayer" (steam condenser) on the 6.5 Anvil. This is a great! addition for indoor brewing - it works! Using a re-circulation process for steam condenser cooling - still adjusting initial boil volume for evaporation (reduced loss vs open boil).
