Notes

Brewed on 10/05/2022 with C.Cox via BIAB Method

8.5 gallons of mash with strike temp = 160 leading to mash temp = 153 degrees F for 60 minutes.

SG = 8 plus gallons at 9.8 brix = 1.039 g/L
OG = 6 plus gallons at 13.4 brix = 1.0543 g/L
FG = 7.0 Brix = 1.012 g/L after correction

Pitched lallemand LalBrew Bry-97 West Coast Ale Yeast when the wort was 80 degrees F.

Kegged on 10/18/2022. Used 1 tsp of gelatin for the 5 gallons kegged.
