Notes

Dose fresh hops at 5:1 compared to dry, due to water content.
Some mash hops, some boil hops, big hop stand/WP additions. No dry hopping. Don't have fresh hops that can wait that long.

Whirlpool @ 180F with pellets to get solid base.

Hop stand @ 15 min with fresh hops, for fresher character. 20min max.

May use lautertun for Brewzilla for hops, and dunk repeated batches for 5-10min, strain and exchange. Lots of hops, not sure how much wort I'll lose. Will see! Hot side oxidation? :O
