I have been told that to be a true Kolsch it must be brewed in the presence of the Dom.....a picture has been included for use.
BIAB-Ramp the mash from 125f and hold at 150f for time/conversion
Entered that I would pull 6.5 gal into fermenter, only took 5.5...6.5 was my mistake while formulating the recipe
