1/13/22â€“S4/diamond lager keg kicked a couple days ago. Beer was good, fruitier than S4/US-05. S4 tasting notes: dropped clear, bright (much brighter than diamond lager), aroma is neutral with slight grain/light malt note. Very low herbal hop. Flavor is very low/no sweetness up front, slight malty finish, with low bitterness to balance. Middle is low notes of bread and herbal/noble hops. Overall would seem to be a great version of cream ale. Canâ€™t think of any changes, either to generally improve or to bring into compliance with style.

1/13/22â€”diamond lager version was much fruitier with apple and pear flavor and aroma. Still good but more of a restrained blonde ale.
