Notes

Sept 24th - All airlock activity stopped, I was convinced the yeast had stalled. but I was working and decided to give it the week.

Sept 27th - Opened the fermenter -- 2" layer of wet hops on surface. Wet hops removed with sanitized slotted spoon. Gravity reading 1.009. 1oz pellet Cascade and 1oz pellet Willamette added for dry hop.

First time using Kviek yeast -- one pack, no starter and it started and finished fermentation in three days. Hopefully it tastes good.
