Notes
Add DME Golden Light prior to bringing wort to a boil. Stir in well to avoid scorching. Add heat and proceed with boil guidelines.
Used Special B ILO Simpsons DRC
After flameout, add Lactose to boil kettle and stir in well.
Build a yeast starter due to the high OG. A blow off tube is a must!
Crush, chop up or melt Cocoa nibs and Caramel before adding to secondary.

Gravity Check (19 day fermentation @ 70 degrees) - 1.034 (10.24% ABV)
