Only 56% Brewhouse efficiency, think because only 2.7L water/Kg grain or 1.2 qts/lb grain. (Maybe should be 2.8qts/lb). 6 lbs of wort lost to absorption.
7 gallons in fermenter-- took out 1.5 gallons and dry-chilied it with .5 oz chipotle and .5 oz California after toasting.
