So she's all done, and I'm a bit disappointed. I think I was going for something bitter, but the Pride of Ringwood Dry Hop made it quite spicy tasting. It's not that I don't like it, but it isn't exactly what I was going for. I think a sweet dry hop like Galaxy, Riwaka, Mosaic, etc would make this beer perfect!
