not sure why i had such awful efficiency especially given the DME. is it possible i forgot it??? im pretty sure i didnt. anyway today measured FG of 1.013. which is much too high. abv too low. its a mess. oh well. see it through. rebrew sometime.

TODO : need to substitute warrior for the chinook bittering hops. CONSIDER MASHING HIGH. maybe 154

My plan for this is to either :
a) add crushed up chocolate chip cookies to fermentor 1/2 way through primary fermentation
b) add crushed up cookies to cold condition?
c) just use cacao nibs and vanilla bean
d) use cacao nibs vanilla bean and the crushed up cookies, lactose?
