Bare bones, Coleman cooler, 10 gal stainless steel kettle, 6.5 gal glass big mouth bubbler fermenter, no chill cooling. Lager on my basement floor over the winter.
Pretty wide pallet, love citrus, dark heady stouts, crisp lagers, and digging Belgians at the moment, save my own yeast , wrangle when I can , have managed to keep a strain of WL 835 going for three years.
