Have been brewing since 1995, although I took the last 12 years off to help start a new company. I have only ever done all-grain, and my 10th beer took first place in an international 150 entry competition. I designed and built my 30 gallon brew system.
British ales, Belgium strong (e.g. Chimay), German wheat and rye beers.
