Notes: I'm not usually an APA/IPA guy, but hop forward beers are my wife's preference. I wanted to find an APA recipe that we could both enjoy that didn't require dry hopping.

I decreased the munich malt. I subbed Biscuit for victory (and decreased the amount based on comments I found that online that1-3% of biscuit was great, but it was easy to go overboard with it.

Cold crashed on day 8 for 3 days (work busy)
Therefore 1st dry hop had 3 days @ ferm temp the taken down to 2c over 3 days. |
