Notes

My goal was to clone Masthead Falling Fruit (in Cleveland Ohio). It has a hint of peaches and tart apples.

Slice up 5 peaches, 4 apples. Add 4 cans of sliced peaches in light syrup (15oz each). Pour tail of of favorite beer into fruit mixture to make yeast starter.

I butchered one of my favorite NEIPA recipes, adjusting for what I had on hand.
