on This DIPA try my efficiency was low. This made the beer not a DIPA. Not sure why efficiency was so poor. I mashed at 152. Used Drain tube mod. 4.8 gal mash. 4.5gal sparge, 6.5 pre boil. PH 5.1 in mash without added acid

OG 1.075 FG 1.012 makes it 8.27% so it is a DIPA
