Notes

Split overnight mash, half at 150, other half was at 149 and accidentally let get to 184 for 5 minutes, added ice immediately back to 149 8:46 on 4/9/20

7:45 am kicked on stove
Drill aerated

Came in short on volume, adding .75 gallons to get to where I wanted

Pitched at 72 and placed on garage, high of 66,
Moved inside overnight, downstairs set at 66 degrees,
Next morning after reading 70 on the us-05 and 34/70 and 72 on the kveik moved to a water filled bathtub

Refilled bath water which read 68.5, that night us-05 and 34/70 read 70 and Voss read 72,

Bottled 4/30 at 2.7 volumes co2, all hit same fg of 1.003
