Notes
Instead of rice solids I used 2 bags of Uncle Bens brow rice boil in bag.
Added sweetened (toasted) coconut 7 days in secondary. This made wort to start to ferment again- needed to use un sweetened if putting in secondary. Next time- add (sweetened) to the mash.
Will add 4 oz coconut extract to bottling bucket.
OG- 1.062
1st reading- 1.018
