Chill to pitch temp (65F)
Aerated chilled wort and pitch yeast
Ferment under pressure (15PSI)
At 5 SG points from FG, dry hop, add second dose of yeast nutrients and up pressure and temp until fermentation is complete.
Close transfer, finish carbonation, serve.
