Notes

Essentially mixing our Andromeda Pale and Golden Nips recipes together. This should ramp up the malt profile from Andromeda. Adding Warrior should help ramp up bitterness while keeping it clean. Leaving Galaxy out of the boil should avoid any filth nutsack flavours. We've also added salts to help crisp up and accentuate the bitterness.

From a malt perspective the beer was excellent. Heaps of strong bready, malty goodness, far more malty characteristic than the previous attempt. Was pretty thick, maybe to the point of being not quite crisp enough. The major let down was the hops, which seem to be too old and not bringing any of that fresh fruityness we would have liked.
