Bad Mouth Beer 09/03/2019 at 05:12am
3 of 5

Tasting 1 week after kegging: Lovely passion fruit and Mango aroma with a fruitful hop bitterness, a little on the sweet side for my liking but very tasty and easy to drink.
Version 2 I will up the boil hop additions and lower the mash temp as well as using only 100gms of Carapils. I was after more of a dank hop resin taste on the back of the palette which was definitely missing ! Oh well more beer for my friends to demolish !! 6.5/10
