Notes

After 1st try: Tried 1/2 lb of Cara 60, seemed too sweet. Reduced to 1/4 lb. Removed 4 oz Flaked Rye. Rye itself provides enough body for this beer. Up Rye content to 15% from 10% for more Rye flavor. Mash lower to counteract body of the beer from Rye, at 150 next time.
Changed hops from mostly Chinook to add Citra and Centennial.
