Notes

4 gallons strike at 158. Mash 150-151, dropped to 146-147 after 90 min.

Pulled bag and dunk sparged in 2 qt tap water. Let sit for 5 min then drained/squeezed.

After adding sparge water final volume pre-boil just over 4 gallon (225 on yard stick).

Boil ended at just over 3 gallon (190 on yard stick)

Due to hop and protein trub was only able to get 2.5-2.7'ish gallons into better bottle fermenter.

Using small yeast cake from starter beer. Smelled a little funky hopefully ok. Pitched 74 degree wort on it and put in chiller with probe set to 67.

Brewed 7/20/19

Update 8/8: added dry hops on 8/2 or 3.

8/8 transferred to keg added gelatin and took FG of 1.014.
