Notes

The Goal is a pillowy, golden hazey with a dank and tropical hop profile. "A mango stuffed with weed."

Scaled up to 6 gallons in the fermentor to allow loss of a full gallon to hop matter

7 Day dry hop charge should be added at high krausen.

2 oz Strata, 1 oz Azacca, and 1 oz Columbus in the keg.

Oxygen control is critical to getting more than a week or two out of this. Ferment @ 5 psi, transfer with CO2 to sanitized and purged keg (sanitize keg, load hops, purge with CO2)).

This might be bottle-able, but I suspect you will lose most of the bright aromatics before it's bottle conditioned.
