30 min left - Add .5oz Centennial Hops
5 min left - Add .5oz Centennial Hops
Start Whirlpool
At 200 add 1oz Amarillo + 1oz Simcoe - let cool to 170
Hold at 170 add 1oz Amarillo + 1oz Simcoe - Hold for 10min
Cool to 70 add yeast
Dry hop with 1oz Amarillo + 1oz of Simco 3 days before kegging
Dry hopped on 11/21/18
Pulled hops on 11/25/18 put under 21 PSI @35 deg
This beer is a massive keeper! Definately East Coast style, juicy, great aroma, enough of a malt backbone to really enjoy. Hopheads and others can get into this beer equally
