Notes
  1. steep grains at 155F for 45 min in 3 gallons of water.
  2. add 1 oz gypsum in with steeping grains
  3. remove steeping grains after 45min and remove kettle from heat.
  4. stir in DME while removed from heat, then return to heat once stirred in and bring to a boil.

  5. 30 min hop addition 1 oz warrior

  6. 5 min hop addition of 1 oz mosaic

  7. after 60 min boil is over add in 2 oz. of motueka hops and stir for 5-10 min

  8. chill wort to 72F and transfer to sanitary fermenter

  9. add packet of yeast nutrient and 2 packs of yeast.

  10. ad sanitary airlock and store in a dark place with stable temp range (72F is ideal)
