Notes

Whirlpool hopping voor 20 minuten bij 75 graden. Daarna direct verder afkoelen tot 20 graden.
Dryhopping in drie stappen: start met de eerste stap als de fermentatie nog niet helemaal klaar is. Na drie dagen de hopzak verwijderen en de hopzak voor stap 2 toevoegen. Die weer na drie dagen verwijderen en de hopzak voor stap 3 toevoegen. Ook die na drie dagen verwijderen.

21 L maischwater (1,5 L haver + 18,5 L kraanwater)
6 L spoelwater
=26 L

-6 L filterverlies
=21 L wort voor kook

-4 L kookverlies
=17 L in fermentor

+8 L koelwater
=25 L in fermentor

Suiker (totaal 7 g/L) is opgelost in 2 L water en is toegevoegd aan het jongbier, dat van het bezinksel was afgehaald.
