Notes

Added Irish moss 10 min prior to flameout.

Pitched yeast directly into primary and then aerated.

I added the oats to the steep and moved them over to the boil kettle. Next time would just add them to the kettle and not bother to steep them.

Active fermentation in 6 hours. Moved to secondary on day 2 and dry hopped. SG was 1.017.Almost didn't catch it in time. Very aggressive fermentation. Tasted fairly bland at day 2. Above calculations show IBU will be too high but does not seem to be the case.
