börjar mäska utan pump ca 61c i 20 min. sen 60 min då jag trodde mig ha genomströmning.
inverterade 300g socker.
hällde i 50g socker plus ett kokt jästpaket i wlp800 startern.
mäskningen fungerade bra med 20min omrörning då och då med risskal i början. Sen genomströmning, kristallklar gyllene vört.
utmäskar med kallt vatten till 26 liter.
1900w kok.
gick smidigt förutom plugg i pumpen då jag skulle kyla, fick blåsa loss den. (att föra över tog en kvart, 24c på vörten.
blev 22 liter. OG: 1051 (23,5 liter med startern) startern var på 1.020 så den spädde ut en del.

tippar på 1008 fg, ljus malt, attenuativ jäst. justerat ph.
pitch jäst 19:17
ser jäsningen komma igång 20:45, med kolsyrebubblor och början till tryck i vattenlåset.
tillförde 1,1g aromazyme.
