Notes

Nice beer. The result is a slightly bitter and dry hoped IPA. It is easy to drink whith pleasent hoppy fruitiness. Had a bit of problem to make the yeast settle when cold crashing but it worked out fine in the end. The use of EKG hop worked fine with the other hops.
