Måtte stå 3 uker og litt for å få ut det siste av diacetyl, og for avslutte den siste ploppinga.

Knadde/vred opp humleposen/sokken en gang etter fem dager og igjen da jeg tok den ut. Ble skikkelig fin og fruktig humlesmak. Knallbra brygg! Fikk noe lavere OG enn jeg hadde beregnet i oppskifta og kom ut med ca 4.9% ABV. Men resultatet ble fyldig, rik smak og balansert bitterhet. Ikke overveldende, svært lett å like!
