Notes

Not a bad result but not super exciting. Primary flavor from the toasted malt and roasted barley. Could probably use a bit more sweetness for this low ABV. Taste was a bit muddled, no real hop character. Probably not a bad example of a modern mild but I'm not sure I'd make it again.
