Notes

Substituted dark crystal 80L for crystal 225 EBC

Ended up using 26L of water.
Heat up 20L of strike at 100C, transferred 5L to second bucket, then added 5L of cold water to strike, ended up at 70. Mashed for an hour, added 1L of water 30mn in and maintained 64C. Second sparge was at 55C.

OG finished at 1.072
FG at 1.024

Grain was not fine enough, will try this again soon.
