Notes

Add Whirlfloc Tablet to the boil @ 15 minutes.

Make tincture of Vanilla Beans, Nutmeg, Cinnamon Sticks, Cocoa Nibs 2-4 weeks prior to fermentation. Add all ingredients to mason jar with medium-shelf vodka and seal.

Add full tincture to fermenter 10 days prior to kegging.

Add ground coffee to fermenter 2 days prior to kegging.
