throwing some delicious nelson sauvin in to see if it changes CitrilloTY much. adjusted strength with sugars due to unusually low yield. Normally around 70%. All 70 minute hops added as first wort. extended boil due to windy conditions and less than normal evaporation. Should be 60 min boil, and should be 1075 OG without cane sugar addition.
