Notes

This was a monster ferment. I had the blow off hose in the primary for 5 days. Detected some apple esters initially, but after 2 weeks in the primary the beer cleaned up really nice. I would describe this beer as being very clean and crisp. I added an ounce of dry hop pellets after racking it to the secondary. After 5 days of dry hopping I removed the bag and added a fresh bag of another half ounce of citra and one ounce of mosaic hops.
