Notes
Roast pecans at 350 in 10 minute intervals 3 times. Use paper towel / bags to soak oils.
Cooled Pecans steeping grains, and 29 oz pumpkin steep at 155 for 30 minutes. Then bring to boil and follow hop schedule.
