Notes
Heat 5 gallons of strike water to 160 degrees.
Mash in and wrap for 60 minutes.
Drain/Squeeze bag, do pour over sparge with 170 degree water to collect a boil volume of 6.7 gallons.
Add the listed first wort hops.
Add the Whirlflock at 15 min.
Put in the immersion chiller at 10 minutes.
Add the whirlpool hops after boil at 200 degrees.
After a 20 minute rest, cool the wort and rack to fermenter.
Add yeast after wort is cooled to 70 degrees.
Ferment at 65 degrees and as it starts to finish, allow it to warm up to around 70 degrees.
After SG is stable at FG, add dry hops for 5 days before kegging.
Or keg after fermentation is complete and add dry hops to fermenter in a bag.
