Notes
Starter: 1.5L water with 3 oz. DME, boil 15 min., cool, 24 hours on stirplate
Fermenting: Start at 66 for 4 days. Let free rise to 72 for remainder of fermentation. Crash cool to 34 and gelatin fine.
