Accidentally switched the 15 min and 5 min hop additions so the hop bitterness was a bit much for a Pale Ale. Hop aroma and flavor was citrus, lemon, tropical. served it at a local beer festival.I will be brewing this again but will make sure to do the hop additions in the correct order.
