Notes

Dry hop 1/2 ounce each of Simcoe. Amarillo, Cascade hops and 1 ounce of Centennial hops for 10 days post fermentation. Optional yeast choices: Fermentis US 05 dry yeast or WYeast American Ale 1056. I recommend dry hopping this one with pellets over whole hops cones. If you go the whole cone route, cut everything in half and go 5-7 days. Cheers!
