I am planning on using this recipe this or the next weekend. I have created a version using metric system and also adapting the cascade hops to use just one variety (6.4 AA)

Sorry, I am beginner.
I would really like to make this recipe.
Should I steep all those fermentables or I need yo mash them?
I have never mashed before so I am just not feeling confident to do.
Any instructions would be very welcome.
