Notes
Pumpkin Ale
I had a collection of sample malts that I wanted to use up and this was the beer to use them. It turned out to be a very good beer. Unfortunately, I'll probably never have this collection of malts to brew it again.
approximated pumpkin fermentability and entered as sugar.
29 Sept 2015 - This is a really nice pumpkin ale. Will reduce the 1 heaping Tbsp pumpkin pie spice to 1 Tbsp. for next brew. I think I will also add more pumpkin, probably half again as much.
