Notes

It's not nearly as bitter as the IBUs suggest. Rich hop taste, but feels more like a 75-80 IBU beer. Very smooth, not overly aromatic- I spent so much on hops, I didn't spend any more to dry hop. Has some buiscuit and bread beginnings that quickly transition to such intense hop flavor, I can't really define it. It does leave a distinct hop bite at the back of the throat that lingers, but not aversive or overpowering. My FG was 1.008.

And I added two vials of yeast, not one- I didn't have time for a yeast starter.
